Ah! To stay at the Adlon! There are some hotels on this planet that are just magical. The Adlon is one of them. Stroll around, bask in the history and setting. It's all just too lovely for words. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The main rooms of the the hotel are grand. It's location, just outside that famous arch, is unbeatable. If you can, absolutely, stay the Adlon Kempinski.

I was there the first time for 2 nights with my husband. It was a very nice stay because the staff was very helpful and friendly. They make everything possible, gives you a great feeling beeing or staying there. For quiteness the rooms to the garden are good, we slept with open windows in the capital city.
The breakfast has a great selection in an nice athmospere. You can start your day even with champagner. Only thing at the moment they remodel the pool area and the gym is without a windows. The Adlon definitly deserves his great reputation. The location at the Brandenburger Tor is historical.

Great hotel, friendly staff, good location although in the Embassy area so a little formal. The view of the Brandenburg gate at breakfast time is amazing but ask for a table with a view!

Good breakfast buffet. Great friendly staff. Wish there was a coffee/tea maker in the room though.

Would defiantly go back.

A great hotel, lovely room and very friendly staff. Concierge got us in to see the Reichstag Dome even though it was fully booked! The pool re-build was very noisy so I asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel - they did this with no fuss and we had a much better view of the Brandenburg Gate!

Only downsides were no pool (didn't know in advance which was disappointing) and no kettle in room to make an early morning cuppa. Also, food very expensive but then it is a top hotel in Europe!

But overall a fantastic hotel in a great location!

location style and accommodation are all available in this hotel. Location in that you can get around easily and conveniently, style in that you are reminded of the elegance of old Berlin. I would stay at this hotel again many times, but there are only so many days available every year.
