Really interesting and rare antiquities (better than in the British Museum). Long queue for the tickets. Regarding bags and rucksacks, even the smallest ones, staff are really annoying, you have to go down the stairs and leave them in the locker-room.

Its amazing to look at but even better that you can go up the stairs and even for a bit get the feeling of being back in time.

The whole Museum area of Berlin (Museum Inseln) is a UNESCO site, and the Pergamon is its crown. The place contains the most dramatic pieces of antique architecture. Must be seen...
