We had a very good stay there with our toddler. Staff at breakfast were not particularly child-friendly, but the management was, we were given a baby cot free of charge and had a nice, spacious room with a newly refurbished stylish bathroom. The hotel is full of antique furniture, which gives it a nice feel in this historic city. Internet first didn't work in the room but as soon as we told this to reception, someone came up and fixed it for us.
The hotel is right in the city centre, you can walk everywhere and won't need transport. However, if you do come by car, you'll have to pay a hefty sum for parking either on the road or in a nearby garage (18€ per day), so this should be factored in. All in all, we would definitely recommend it and come back ourselves.
We enjoyed the good breakfast menu.

We have being staying there for one night. This hotel is very well located, the staff is friendly, breakfast fantastic. However, not extremely happy from the price versus what you get. On web was marked that the hotel has parking spots, wifi and air con. The reality was - the parking spots means 300 m away public parking house, wifi - extremely slow, instead of air con we had fens from late 80's in room. We got roof apartment .. Can you imagine the temperature in when outside 30 degrees.
When we go to this town again most likely we won't stay there. P.s. Due to the location I don't recommend this place for family holidays with kids, during the wknd party nights the location around could be very noisy = not much of sleep

Hotel is located in the perfect location, within walking distance to/from the train station and very central to anything you would want to do in this interesting and historic city. I though the breakfast here was particularly nice and seemed like great care was taken in presenting it in a very beautiful way, including little porcelain coffee pots at our table. The style of the hotel is a bit "grandmotherly" but has old fashioned ambiance as such. Overall a nice stay. Try the bakery next door for amazing, amazing cheesecake!!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, we were very pleased with the room which was quite large and the service that was provided. The breakfast they offer in the morning is quite nice. Located in the old part of town it's a fairly easy walk to most of the attractions. It's also easy to access public transport. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the city centre and easy walking distance to most historical locations. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. The buffet breakfast is very good and coffee is served at your table in pots. Staff were very knowledgeable and able to help with tram tickets and getting around town. We booked the apartment which was over 2 levels and very spacious. The only down side was you had to leave your room key at reception every time your left the hotel.

Room Tip: Spend the extra and get an apartment
