We went to Munich for the Christmas Markets and stayed in this hotel. We knew it was a bit out of the city but 11km out was too far. As the previous reviewer stated it was about a mile to the underground station but the underground was easy to master.
The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were comfortable and had all that we wanted except tea and coffee making facilities which you had to ask for.
The hotel restaurant was great, my mum needed a gluten free diet and they tailored food for her. The food was superb, I couldn't get enough of it.
The staff were pleasant and helpful each time we asked for help.
There was building work going on but as builders in this country start at 7am I was not unduly surprised - we just closed the window when they started. Also the church over the road blasted the bells at 6am for a service but not unexpected either.
I would go back to this hotel but only if I had a car as it made going out each day very tiring.More
