The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the station, on a side street. The hotel reception is on the 5th floor and our rooms were on the 6th floor which meant carrying suitcases up another level. If this would be a problem for you, ask to be on a lower level. Our rooms had comfortable beds and nice cotton duvet covers, so none of the dubious bed covers you sometimes find. The TV did not have any English channels. Small towels, shampoo and soap were provided. We had two rooms facing in different directions and there was some noise at street level. There was a fair amount of "adult entertainment" in the immediate area but it wasn't a problem to us. The main benefit for us was the convenient location. We could walk almost anywhere but if you wanted to use public transport everything was near by. Over the Easter weekend the rooms with private bathroom were €99 per night without breakfast. This did seem pretty expensive for what it was but I think that's because Munich is an expensive city.
