We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful hotel near center of the city. Room was nice and staff was very kind and helpful. Everything is very close so you dont need to take taxi from the hotel. The breakfast was really good and versatile.

If you are looking for timeless, traditional elegance at a very reasonable price, the Hotel-Pension Erika is the ideal choice in Bad Reichenhall. My single room was very comfortable, with a view of the well-tended grounds in the back of the hotel. The breakfast room was very nice. A wonderful quiet location, on a neighborhood street less than a ten-minute walk from the train station, and only a couple of blocks from the main commercial area of the town, including the Spa. The service was also very, very friendly; I felt very comfortable staying at the Hotel-Pension Erika.

There are many good hotels and pensions in Bad Reichenhall, but this one offers much more than a three-stars standard. It has a very good location, just a few steps from a lively pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants, but enough aside to be absolutely quiet. It is situated in a beautiful building from the end of the 19th century, surrounded by a large well-kept garden where guests can rest and enjoy the pleasant view on the mountains. Our comfort-room was very spacious with a large bathroom, clean and very comfortable, well heated in rainy weather. Breakfast we considered tasty and abundant for a hotel of this category. There is free parking and free WiFi in the ground-floor area. What, however, is making this hotel such a pleasant place to stay, is the personal approach of Mr. Oberarzbacher, a progeny of the original owner. He looks to every detail. Though the building and rooms have been profoundly renovated, he has been able to conserve the flair of good old times. Guests can admire many original, historical items presented almost everywhere, and in the same time fully enjoy the modern amenities.

Room Tip: For having an access to the internet in the room, it shouldn´t be upstairs. However, there is a wonderful common room downstairs where I always got connected easily. Also, the higher a room is, the better view on the mountains is.

The hotel is good, We stayed on the ground floor so we had wifi in our room. Breakfast is included in the cost. For the breakfast eegs were only boiled. There was no bacon or scrambled eggs or any sausages. Only cold cuts, breads, spreads, cereals.

Hotel locates in old deluxe building that is staying in very good condition, on very quit street only hundred meters from main park. Anton, hotel owner, is very pleasant and fluently English speaker man. There are nice county yard. Standard rooms are not large, we ordered comfort room - it was larger but more expensive. Hotel is very clean (and all town is extremely clean). Wi-Fi Internet was in lobby only.

Room Tip: not all rooms have balcony and bathtub, need to ask
