Can be better

Location is good, breaffast is good and staff is professionnal and friendly! But I have to say that there was a problem with my shower the whole stay, first the rainy shower never worked and one day even the regular shower did not work too and I couldn't take my shower and when they fixed it, pressure was unacceptable for this standard of hotel. Room # 505

Room tip: Housekeepîng must better check if everything works in the room and not wait for a complaining

Great hotel, Perfect location

This hotel is slightly higher priced, but it is directly across the street from the train station, making connecting to any direction very easy. It is close to restaurants and the hotel bartenders are delightful. All the hotel staff was friendly and helpful to answer any and all questions we had, not being able to deal in the native language.

Good afternoon.
I have been to your hotel 3 times. The first two very well.
In the latter the pool was closed and the showers in the sauna worked very badly.
I think that a hotel of this category, at a minimum, should report on the website.

Ok but not great

We chose the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin for its central location and pool...only to be told that the pool has been closed since over six months!
The spa featuring a sauna and hammam remains operational though.

The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather large and light but could use an overhaul...

An overall average hotel experience, with delightful staff!

Business Trip

The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing and accommodating. I arrived much earlier than the check in time for an early afternoon meeting and they scrambled to find me a room so I can get ready. Thank you, Graf team!
