I have been to your hotel 3 times. The first two very well.
In the latter the pool was closed and the showers in the sauna worked very badly.
I think that a hotel of this category, at a minimum, should report on the website.

We chose the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin for its central location and pool...only to be told that the pool has been closed since over six months!
The spa featuring a sauna and hammam remains operational though.
The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather large and light but could use an overhaul...

The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing and accommodating. I arrived much earlier than the check in time for an early afternoon meeting and they scrambled to find me a room so I can get ready. Thank you, Graf team!

We had dinner at the Stube restaurant and had then a drink at Graf Zeppelin bar. The whole experience / the most wonderful, resort, relaxing, positive. Service friendly, fast, nothing too difficult for the staff. They made us feel the most welcome. My return place!

Hotel was fabulous. Staff helpful & polite. Rooms clean & comfortable. Breakfast delicious with lots of options & gluten free bread! Rooms are super quiet. Heard no street traffic. Complimentary water & wifi was a bonus.
