Just about every room has a nice view of the city. It's a long walk down into town (about 4.5 km), but a very pleasant one.
It was nice to spend time sitting on the balcony of the room taking in the fresh air and view. The room was of very ample size and had a refrigerator. The closet had plenty of hangers and space. The bathroom was a bit small, but had everything necessary.
The front desk staff were professional and helpful. They all spoke very good English and if they didn't know the answer to your question they would go out of their way to find out.
The hotel is pet-friendly, so it is not uncommon to see people coming and going with their dogs.
Breakfast is extra, but the buffet is very complete. There is a gourmet restaurant downstairs (very pricey), but you can also get good food in the bar area. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby, so you have to go down into town to get a meal at a reasonable price.
There are bicycles there for a reasonable rental fee, including a lock in case you want to ride it down into townMore
