An amazing experience with first class service, superb food and a chef who personally welcomed guest with staff that went the extra mile with service. The offering at breakfast was great and the meals at dinner amazing with options of schnitzel with lobster sauce and spaghetti tossed in basil or steak cooked to perfection. The combo of gelato ice creams to finish the meals had authentic flavours and were delicious. It is rare to find the dress code and presentation of restaurant staff plus proficiency in English at such a high level and this pride comes from the Restaurant Management - well done and a Visit is a must when in Freiburg. This stop has been an absolute highlight in our visit from Australia. Well done!
