We were entertained to the Friday night buffet here care of my lovely aunt who lives in Val during the ski season. It was magnificent. The range of shell fish, sushi, sashimi, and hot dishes were amazing. We had oysters, langoustine, dressed prawns, and then lots of small shells with combination of scallops, octopus, tartare of tuna and lobster which were wonderful. I ate far too much and finished with a selection of cheese from an equally excellent cheese board. Well worth it.
