Our first trip to Lyon was mainly motivated
by our desire to experience the cuisine of the
Bouchons. We were not disappointed. Out of our 3 Bouchon restaurants, this was our favorite. The hot Lyon saucisson salad was
à perfect starter in the hearty Lyonaise manner.
Then an Andouilette sausage cooked in 3
different ways. Do not miss the Saint Marcelin
Cheese and a Tart Tatin made with apples and the famous pink Praline of Lyon. All accompanied by a cool glass of Brouilly.
