We really enjoyed the light repast — ravioli in a cream sauce, a salad of tomatoes and cheese, dessert of ice cream, a still-warm cookie and whipped cream — and our server was attentive and helpful. We chose a table on the sidewalk over the gloomy interior and soon discovered we were sharing the space with an endless cavalcade of city buses on a bleak block of rue de l’Arbre Sec and streams of people hurrying by. Made a reservation that was totally not necessary. You need not wonder why.
