Perfect location being central in the Old Town of Annecy. It's just around the corner from the canal and only a five minute walk from Annecy Lake.
Inside the apartment there is everything you need to self cater and there's even a washing machine. Well maintained and with all the mod cons in an old building that has loads of charm and character. We sat on the balcony for breakfast and dinner every day just watching the world go by.

We've just returned from a marvelous stay at this apartment in Annecy.
The location is fantastic, the apartment spotlessly clean and everything you need is included.
It is modest in size but perfect for a romantic couple's break. We ate outside on the balcony, watching the world go by. We would definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed in the Le Balcony du Grenette the first week of Advent. The apartment is very nicely furnished and has all the modern conveniences. Although somewhat small, the layout has been designed to easily accommodate 2 adults with plenty of room and Is one of the most comfortable units we have rented.The Christmas Market can be seen from the balcony. The street can get busy, but the neighborhood goes completely quiet in the evenings. Restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and wine caves are nearby. This would be my first choice to stay should we return to Annecy.

This apartment is a fantastic find. Right in the heart of the old town, just decend the quaint stone spiral staircase and your in the throng of the shops bars restaurants and street markets, and yet still quite enough at night
The balcony is a fantastic place to drink wine and watch the world go by
The apartment itself has everything well equipped and decorated tastefully
Robert is very good at getting back to any e mails and otherwise leaves you to your own devices which is perfect
We visited during the festival which was great, a real buzz about the place with the added extra of fantastic fireworks
The place is so beautiful and swimming in the clear waters of the lake ( 5 minutes walk away) with the alps as a back drop is a memory which I will not forget
We travel by motorcycle which means that you can park just about anywhere for free. But in a car this might be more problematic, that is the only negative I could say
Annecy is a fantastic friendly town sophisticated yet laid back
I cannot recommend both the apartment and town highly enough
