Highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.
We went for our engagement celebration and had a fantastic time.

Very close to beach ,fun fair, restaurents huge park , race course , pubs

Close to museums and large supermarket.

Great food images attached fantastic chef and lots to choose from some nights music entertainment in the lobby / restaurant area and it was really nice

Across the road from hotel a great bakery for breakfast pastries and sandwiches very reasonable

Great pool and beds we saw the red arrows rehearsing whilst we was there

Spacious rooms very clean

Everything was great except the safety not working and no mini bar and no courtesy coffee machine or tea for this price and the class of the Hotel this is a bad point ,also, breakfast way too expensive .

We have well taken into account your observations, they help us to improve our service. Regarding the safety, do not hesitate to contact our reception to find an immediate solution. Only deluxe room, junior suite and executive suites offer a courtesy coffee machine and tea.

Regarding the breakfast, we advise to our guest to book a room with breakfast included it is more advantageous.

So this hotel could easily have rated 4 points but for a couple of incidents which were wholly unnecessary. Basically any business should respect their guests, not lie to them and not rip them off.

However they had a bar mitzvah in a Sunday. Nothing wrong with that but the hotel allowed the music to shake our room till well past midnight. On a Friday or Saturday or in the middle of the summer season this could be understood if not condoned. But on a Sunday in October when paying guests have to work the next day it is unacceptable. For all business guests I would whole heartedly invite you to find somewhere else.

The second incident was in the bar which was long and I won't go into details but the barman both clearly lied to me and was clearly underserving measures. Both of which meant we no longer on the last day used any further of the hotels paid services.

All in all I would find somewhere else. I certainly will be next time I'm in the area.

Stayed her for 4 nights 12 -16th Sept 2016 2 x couples. Room was ok no balcony . Receptionist quoted us on a taxi fair to the Old port she told us 50-80 Euros but it was only 17 think they need to get up to date as it could put some people off. Bar staff were very lovely and night porter to who helped us get a drink at yes 11.30 bar was supposed to stay open till midnight think they were more interested in looking after the french business party so closed the bar.and I have to agree they were very loud The best part was the Pool it was lovely & warm. Would I stay here again no.

Spacious room, comfortable large bed, nice large balcony, AC working perfectly, clean large bathroom, and only a 5-minute walk to the beaches. Ideal for weekend trip.
No fridge in the room which was unexpected but no problem.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and fluent in English.
Only issue is that it was very noisy but due to partying guests. The night shift manager performed a miracle in getting them quiet, but was still 1 am.
