We rented the apartment for a week in April and loved every minute of our stay in Nice. Our 10 year old son loved the quirky, old fashioned lift, I loved the antique furniture and my husband loved the WiFi which worked well. It was fantastic having a large bed and well equipped kitchen. The apartment is close to the train station for trips to eg. Monaco, Cannes and Italy should you wish to venture further afield and is just around the corner from shops and tram. It's also an easy walk to the beach and the Old Town. The booking, paying, checking in and out process was straightforward. We received a helpful guide to the apartment and local surroundings prior to our visit. A particular bonus which we really appreciated was that we were able to check out a bit later as we had a late flight home. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Found one block off of the main pedestrian avenue. It is a pleasant stroll into the old town, passing shops and parks with the beach just beyond.
The apartment is spacious and well equipped; mixing warm old fashioned french design with a new modern kitchen. It makes for a nice environment, not to mention the small patio that open up onto a street view and the antique elevator that services the building!
A pleasant French experience. We recommend it!
