“Fantastic base for exploring Nice”

Note that the second picture here is actually the view from your window. Beautiful. This is Nice Old Town and if you book the Swallows Nest you’ll be staying right in the heart of it. Which means all the bistros and gelateries and bars that this picturesque place has to offer are right on your doorstep. The location really is excellent, with the beach a 5 minute walk one way and Place Massena with it’s tram and bus connections 5 minutes the other. As for the studio itself, the best compliment we could pay it is that it is exactly as advertised: immaculately clean, comfortable and fully-equipped. There can be no doubt that a lot of thought and effort has gone into making this a stylish and attractive place to stay. We’d also like to thank Matthew for being incredibly welcoming and for his sound advice on the local area. There is only one drawback. Being a lovely quaint old building, there is no lift, only an energy-sapping twelve flights of stairs to negotiate. For us it was worth it for the view.

“Excellent Romantic Hideaway”
Reviewed 15 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

Excellent romantic hideaway perched above the incredible old town of Nice with it's wonderful restaurants, shops and bars all within a stones throw. Recommend highly to any couple looking for an apartment with wonderful views to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle of the old town. Not suitable for young children and anybody with mobility problems given the number of steps to climb .Short distance to Airport bus 98 and tramway stops making it an excellent base to explore further Monaco, Cannes etc..We apparently are the first couple to stay in the renovated apartment and were very pleased with the standard of decoration and cleanliness. Make sure to close doubleglazed windows at night or you will be in for a surprise in the morning with the Catheral bells!

Management Response

That is the question. ——
Mit besten und freundlichsten Grüßen,
D.
