family owned and run in a convenient location..average priced...ordered the 'Menu' which included a mint tea or cafe..and the brick with shakshouka..the brick was fresh and tasted fine..but the shakshouka tasted 'old'.. and the quantity was quite small...probably would not repeat and instead find other option...

We stopped in for a late dinner, the owner was very kind and attentive. We both had the chicken kebab sandwich, which was quite good(a little heavy on the onions, but those are easy enough to thin out as you go). We followed our meal with a Morrocan Mint Tea service, which was perfectly prepared.

I stopped here a few times for their vegetarian offering, which was good, but far from extraordinary. The mint tea, on the other hand, was a great treat. It's the best I've ever had. I've drank mint tea in Egypt, at the Grande Mosquée de Paris, and a dozen other places, but they don't compare to this. Truly fabulous. It's also a great place to take a seat and watch the people pass by.

I am not a couscous expert, only had it a few times before, but this was the worst. It was served all in one plate with the sauce covering the couscous, and it was not enough sauce so the couscous was dry. The mergues was ok though.

The same family has been in charge for 40 years, I have had mint tea and cakes for the past 30 years. The standard has been the same since my first visit. I have also eaten lunch and dinner and always had a good meal for a reasonable price. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
