Stayed here ahead of morning flight.

Receptionist was very helpful upon check in.
Free use of comp/printer for boarding passes.
Shuttle bus to airport.
6km from Nice centre so use bus "9/10" to get to/from.
Breakfast was quite basic.
Decent value at €131.

I booked a day use room from 11am-5pm. Room was not ready when I arrived. No staff member informed me when the room was ready and had to check myself and finally got to check in at 12.45pm. When I asked for a later checkout or discount because I only now had the room for 2 thirds of the time I paid for this was refused. Poor service for a day use room avoid!

Fairly new hotel. It's very nice, clean, quiet and modern looking. Considering that it's in Nice AND close to the airport, the price is actually really great! Good drop-off and pick-up service at the airport - only 5 minutes door-to-door (pretty standard runs: every 30 minutes, I think). Good breakfast - a decent continental set-up starts at 06:30 with fresh bread & croissants, fresh-squeezed OJ, cook-your-own hard/soft boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, etc. All the standard fare. They also sell a few snacks & drinks (soft drinks & bottled beer, etc) at the front desk during the day & night.

The room was clean and the bedding (mattress, pillows, comforter) are all VERY very comfortable. Room temperature control works fine. Free Wi-Fi with pretty good speeds on the internet.

Small criticism - our "Standard Room with One Double Bed" had a combination tub/shower, but the walls of the tub are pretty high, with the outside floor down low, and you need to be careful when stepping in/out to avoid slipping. We also had a second room with two twin beds (which can be pushed together), and that room had a large walk-in shower, which was perfect, unless you wanted to take a bath (we didn't!)
I have no idea if other rooms come with different or opposite configurations. If you have a preference, you may want to ask when making your reservation.

Larger criticism - although time limited: parking here is a headache. Actually, due to road construction in the area, just driving to the hotel requires a lot of patience. Not IBIS' fault on that. GPS had us driving around the block and heading in weird directions. We were within one block and only found it by coincidence, determination & luck! No big signs and no front-door parking for check-in.

When you're trying to find the hotel, be aware that it shares the building with Novotel, so if you see the sign for one, you've found both hotels.

Bottom line: very good hotel with nice, courteous service, clean/quiet/comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and good airport service - and all at a good price. Not luxury, but a very solid 3-star inn that upholds its name & reputation well. Despite the construction & parking issue, definitely a "YES" recommendation.

Room Tip: See comment above about the shower

Stayed here for 3 nights on a short break. The staff at all levels were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower and good a/c. The free wifi worked well throughout the hotel.
Breakfast ( included) was enough for a great start to the day. The 9/10 bus stops outside the hotel and will take you to the centre for €1.50. Saint Agustin railway station is a 5 minute walk and is ideal to get to Cannes or Monaco or Nice itself.
There is also a free shuttle to the airport. Simply call the hotel to arrange a pick up. To return to the airport you can book a time slot to suit you.
There is also a swimming pool and a good restaurant ( L'horizon ). Their pizzas are great.
All in all I highly recommend Ibis Styles Arena's. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Côte d'Azur.

Clean, well equipped room with excellent shuttle service to the airport - ours at 4am. There are restaurants close by but transport into the city on the 9/10 bus, which stops right outside the hotel, makes it easy to go to the Promenade Des Anglaise or the centre of Nice.
