Sadly this restaurant was destroyed by fire last year, but its web site says it is now being rebuilt and the hope is that it will be open in the summer of 2016. This restaurant is a little off the usual tourist route as it is in Nice Nord, but is well worth the walk. It has a lovely terrace in the summer, and you can try some real local cuisine such as daube (beef stew) and gnocchi. It also provides a platter with a variety of nicoise dishes, including the famous socca. Good, local, affordable place with pleasant service.
