Went for a few days during April. Picture perfect, in fact the pics on their website don't do the place justice coz you can't smell the flowers and sea, feel the peace and enjoy the breeze. If you want a place to unwind with great food and immaculate service, then this is the place. The concierge was particularly helpful in arranging our itinerary before our arrival. The room was fine but we had a noisy neighbor, so next time (and yes there will be a next time) I will choose one of the secluded rooms.

We'd just spent a wonderful, languid, technicolor week at Beaulieu-Sur-Mer and a weekend in Corsica with dear friends as part of a belated honeymoon trip when we literally capped it off with the magnificent Cap Estel for one very special night.

A warm welcome was just the start of the attentive service for our sub-24-hour stay. A glass of Louis Roderer in the beautifully appointed foyer and bar put us instantly in the mood to soak up this historic and gracious hotel.

Our room was generous in every aspect, and privacy was a priority. Service at every turn was discreet and considered.

Dinner in the Michelin Star La Table de Patrick Raingeard was exquisite.

The stunning location hugs the cliffs at Eze overlooking the Med and across its many incarnations since opening more than 50 years ago has played host to millionaires, movie stars, artists and authors among many more.

From the rolling green lawns and towering figs, manicured gardens and infinity edge pool that appears to spill into the Ocean as yachts and cruisers glide past you are transported into a unique time and place.

We look forward to returning and for longer to make the most of everything on offer.

Many thanks to the team and to the management for ensuring our honeymoon stay with you was just as romantic as we could have hoped.

Expensive but 6 star experience. It feels like you are staying in a private home. Many of the rooms directly overlook the water. And it kind of feels like you are on a boat as you can hear the waves breaking beneath you. Truly magical and unspoiled. The staff and service is exceptional. They can't do enough to make you feel welcome. The amenities are top level. And the grounds and views are like a smaller version of The Eden Roc in Cap D'Antibes but less pretentious as this place is the kind of place that you only know about it if you know about it. If you want to spoil your family or a special someone I highly recommend you visit here. Just be prepared to rub a lot of numbers off your credit card, but well worth the experience.

My only criticism, and it's not a deal breaker, is that the restaurant has a Michelin star. That's amazing but I personally prefer more simple food. But that said they couldn't have done more to accommodate. For instance, I'm gluten free. And they baked fresh gluten free bread on premise for me each day. It was probably the freshest tastiest gluten free bread I've had! :)

Photos attached.

this is a great review Michael G.everyone at Team Cap Estel appreciates positive comments like this which have a major motivation effect.thank you.

we do offer a more simple menu featuring tradional comfort food.burgers, pasta, club sandwhich and fish of the day.Habib our Mediterranean chef loves receiving individual requests which is a popular feature of Cap Estel dining.in the summer months we also run a full BBQ lunch arrangement in the pool
house.

as you discovered the catering team led by Chef Patrick Raingard have the flexibility to create any dish or gluten free bread or meal to meet individual tastes and needs.

everyone hopes to see you back again soon at Cap Estel.be good to meet you and welcome you all to our oasis by the sea.

Everything about Cap Estel is 5 star and more. The booking process and correspondence was made easy by Laura's attention to every detail. From the moment we arrived it was a magical experience from the greeting to the upgraded suite to the attentions of all the staff - this truly exceeded our expectations beyond our wildest dreams. The restaurant was an amazing experience as was the wine list and the advice and guidance if the sommelier who helped us chose exactly the right wines. in every way the staff at Cap Estel made sure that we had the most amazing time and that we celebrated our special anniversary in style.

Room Tip: Sea views are the besxt
