The location along the port is nice. The menu is interesting and moderately priced.
We started with risotto, it was a Huge Portion but, regrettably to Salty. We also had the Squash Flower Fritters, a local speciality - they were tasty, but I was expecting more. For main courses we had the Duck, very good, and the Gambas. Gambas are not the same taste or texture as shrimp we are used to in North America, they are soft, almost mushy, and have more of a wild flavor than sweet and fresh, there were 4 served with a delicious homemade tartar sauce. For dessert we had to have their Lemon Meringue Pie, it was good, and the Chocolate Fondant, also good.
Everything was good, but we were expecting wow!, amazing! - a culinary rush - but in the end it was actually quite ordinary...
