My wife and I had lunch at Le Modo Mio because it was close to our hotel. The shrimp risotto was excellent, and the plates were drizzled with the Modo Mio name, which was a nice idea. After the starter was cleared we had to wait 30 minutes for the fried liver main course to be served. It was tasty but probably not worth the long wait. We debated whether or not we wanted to take a chance ordering dessert, and we ordered a panna cotta with berries which was very good and arrived reasonably soon. The wait staff seemed unfriendly disinclined to serve us. They often brought more drinking water to the couple that they knew at the table near us, but they passed us by. Two of them had long discussions as if they had a disagreement among themselves, but we don't know if that was what caused the delay. We probably would not go back to re-experience the service, but we note that others praised the service, so we suppose that we came on an off-day.
