This hotel feels like a dorm room or a hostel. The rooms are clean but extremely basic with bunk beds and not much more than a bed, a small bathroom and a tiny TV. Vending machines in the lobby to buy chips and drinks, with breakfast costing less than EUR 5. It's in the center of town, not exactly nearby the two central Lille train stations but walkable in about 15 minutes. Wireless access was available but pretty weak. It's worth buying extended access if you plan to stay in other Accor hotels (Ibis for example) since they use the same network. The front desk clerk was nice, with limited English. All in all like staying in a dorm, but the hotel was busy with a variety of guests, from young singles to families and retirees. If you're on a budget, I can recommend it; if not, I'd probably stay elsewhere.
