If the restaurant is next to the movie complex you would think you can get a 2 pizzas and a pasta in an hour - NO. We arrived at 6.45 and we shown a table and given menus, ordered at 6.50, drinks arrived very quickly. At 7.10 the waitress came to say there was a problem with the pizza oven, we told her again we had a movie at 7.45, she walked off, 5 mins later our neighbours get served, then 3 mins later the table that ordered just before us, 7 mins later nothing, the manager comes over, there is a problem with the pasta machine apparently, at 7.37 we left because even if our meal came, we would not have enough time to eat it! Standing at the check out, explaining to the manager that it was my daughters 16th birthday, he looks to the pizza oven area and then he begins swiping at the computer, I now realise that he was deleting our orders because they hadn't even been cooked. Disgraceful service, disgraceful that nothing else was offered knowing the time frame we had, apologies were not flowing in anyway and made to feel it was a treat that I didn't have to pay for the two drinks, one of which had only a sip taken from it, TERRIBLE.

We went on a Thursday evening before a bank holiday with 3 children for our daughter's 12th birthday. Our other two children are under 10 and took the children's menu. Despite a conversation with the waiter (who was keen to point out that the set menus were only valid at lunchtime,) that the children's menu (listing the prices only) was very much valid, he didn't think to bring us the menu listing their choices. Naturally this caused a delay for ordering, and we had the impression that the waiter was irritated by this. To be fair he had the good grace to ask a colleague to serve us from this point on.

A big problem for us was that the temperature in the restaurant was far too warm and despite removing as much clothing as was appropriate, all of us were uncomfortably hot.

We ordered tagliatelle carbonora (2 adult portions), tagliatelle bolognaise (2 from the kids menu) and a tropical pizza. Presentation was good, the pizza was large. Big disappointment for the tropical pizza was the use of caramelised pineapple (not stated on the menu), which gave it a brown appearance. In addition there wasn't much of it, which didn't really matter because our son made the not unreasonable conclusion that brown pineapple = pineapple gone bad and we couldn't convince him otherwise. Despite ordering a children's menu which included a drink and a dessert, we were never offered the drink which went with the meal (water, soda or syrup), probably because we had already ordered the more expensive choices from the menu whilst we made up our mind what to order.
The children didn't want their puddings included in their menu as they just wanted to get some fresh air - maybe we were unlucky with the temperature, but we won't be going back to find out if it was a one-off.
Prices slightly elevated compared to other italian restaurants (pizzas 11-14 euros), but a good choice of dishes.
Handy if you're going to the cinema or bowling, but there are plenty of other choices in the area.

I went there with my girlfriend and her father. We had a table outside. Drinks to start were ok but nothing special. I took a calzone toscano, my girlfriend the tortellone caprese and her dad the penne, both with caprese sauce. When arriving, the food looks good BUT taste wise it is unfortunately not at the same level. The caprese has to much garlic in it which gave a bitter taste and the calzone is on frozen pizza niveau. Additionally it is pretty pricey. Staff is doing their job. All in all we will not go back again.

We discovered this new Italian restaurant, which had opened only a couple of days before, and we've now been there twice within 10 days. It's part of a mini-chain with several others in France, and the food is superb, the service tres friendly, and the atmosphere both upscale and comfortable.
