I'm lazy when it comes to leaving reviews, but after my experiences at this restuarant, I'm going to make the effort to leave one. I sincerely hope the owner reads it and takes it on board.
The reviews here left by many indians seems to be consistent and I agree with them - If you're not local (ideally French), you're not welcome. While the food is borderline decent, the prices are crazy. Still, that said, when you're on a holiday with kids (and in my case my kids who only ever eat indian food), you would maybe overlook the high prices as long as the experience/service was good. Sadly at this restaurant, it isn't worth the time. I went twice only because it was near to my hotel and because my kids only eat indian food so we had to bear it the second time round for them. While the lady owner was friendly and accomodating, the other male owner and his staff were awful. They treat other indians disrespectfully. Locals are treated differently in front of your own eyes - they don't even try and hide it - astonishing. Whatever their reasons, there's no excuse for not being professional and hospitable to your anyone who walks through your restaurant doors and pays good money for your food. Mr Owner - Do something about it!!! If you want more details about my expereince, please reply and I'll share it. My overall advice: If you're a tourist in the area (Indian or otherwise), avoid this restaurant because you'll either be treated with disrespect and/or be ripped off.
