I've stayed at the Hotel Fabric now 5 times and thoroughly enjoy it. The neighborhood is convenient to many metro lines and there are plenty of restaurants around even just on the same street as the hotel. The rooms are always very clean, ready promptly, and the staff is very helpful and nice. It is by far my favorite hotel in Paris and I will continue to return.

Went to Paris for a week to celebrate my mom's and sister's birthday. Got a personalized note on the second day for well wishes on our trip and a drink on the hotel. This hotel is in the Saint-Ambrose area, a ten minute walk to the Marais district. This place is a gem because of the hotel service, surrounded by three train lines that make it accessible to go anywhere and by some of the best restaurants in town. Such as Pierre Sang and Ober Mamma which we went to twice because it was that good.

We were in the largest suite with a double bed and two twin beds. The place was spacious but the stairs going up and down our place was very creaky as expected for a place with character. I would caution someone who is a really light sleeper to sleep upstairs. The rooms were always clean. What I really like about this hotel are the little touches that make it feel like a boutique: awesome toiletries as previous posts mentioned, Avian water bottles stocked on a daily basis, on a quaint street that had the best bakery down the block as well as a few cafes and the lounge area in the lobby with the Honest Bar and 24 hour espresso machine as well as with snacks provided to help beat the jet lag.

This place has everything you would want for a stay in Paris. Will come back here for sure the next time I'm in town.

This hotel was definitely one of the highlights/best choices of our recent August stay for four nights in Paris. The family room had the queen bed upstairs and two twins downstairs which was perfect for adding just a bit of privacy for the parents and the kids. This room wouldn't work for a family with toddlers, but it's such a fantastic choice for older kids/teens, especially given how large the space was, the great sitting room at ground level (which provides water, tea, coffee, cookies/biscuits free of charge). The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the Marais neighborhood and easy few blocks down to the metro line. The value for money surely has to be the best in the city (please don't raise the prices!). And, there is one of the best restaurants on the same block (L'Acolyte de L'Insolyte...best meal we had during our trip). The service at the hotel was terrific too. Oh-and I should add that our room #406 was completely quiet!

Room tip: Family room with upstairs downstairs is quiet and great space.

We are glad you appreciated our Top Floor room that was obviously the best choice for your family.
We are also delighted that you liked our lobby and could have enjoyed a cup of tea or coffee.
Regarding our location, indeed, we are situated in a central area of Paris with several metro stations nearby. There are a lot of good restaurants and we are glad you enjoyed your meal at one of them, L’Acolyte de L’Insolite.
