We were looking for hotels with free cancellation until 31 March 2017. So it was in our short list for this reason. Location was not bad but everything including amnities were very bad. Door of bathroom was broken and too noisy.

Room Tip: Very bad internet. Noisy room specially in street side and lower floors.

I am aware that the price is very law to complain, but still... I have to warn you that it is located in the MOST dangerous neighbourhood in Paris. The hotel is also well known for poor local to bring heap prostitutes to,so u may hear a lot of different noices during the night :/ The stuff speak no english. It's VERY cold there, the blankets are old and dirty, there was no lamp,no mirror (expept for 1 small in the bathroom),no kittle,no dishes,no tea/coffee,litterally NOTHING. And it's so cold, dirty and nasty there so we spent some tough nights there and we defenetly not coming back.

The Hotel was excellent. I needed a place where to sleep for night from the moment i unfortunately lost my flight to Spain and FM Hotel was by far the cheapest one. However the district of the hotel is not really the best one in Paris (i suggest you to take a taxi from the center in order to arrive at the hotel), the staff was instead really nice and pleasant with me.Moreover you have a big supermarket just in front of the hotel If you need anything to eat or to buy. Wi-Fi excellent. Merci!!!

We had booked this based on the reviews on booking.com and thought it was a nice budget hotel.

It is absolutely atrocious. The area is very, very rough and honestly quite scary as the other reviews state. We felt totally unsafe and at risk even walking around the neighbourhood.
The hotel is a doorway in the street, no foyer or seating, just a hallway with a man in a cubicle.
The hotel room was absolutely horrific. There was debris all over the bedding, hairs and stains, cigarette burns through the bedsheets and stains all over the flooring and walls.
The TV didn't work, neither did the toilet or the shower and the bathroom door didn't close
Towels weren't provided, and the toilet roll had not been replaced before we got into the room
The general cleanliness of the room and bathroom was atrocious, scum all over the tiling in the bathroom and the bedroom window did not close. All in all it is just not fit for purpose, it is a complete dive

The hotel manager did not even offer to show us any alternative rooms, just said they were going to charge us regardless of if we stayed or not
Avoid Avoid Avoid.

We paid the same for a hotel nearby that was beautiful. Clean, safe and had working facilities.

We were lugging our suitcase down the steps on our way out (the hotel has no lifts) and the cleaning lady refused to even move her vacuum cleaner, we had to manouvre a suitcase around her on a spiral staircase
It was abismal

This 'hotel' would be better described as a dirty, dingy hostel located in the middle of the ghetto. Seriously dodgy area, homeless people and litter everywhere. We were glared at by almost everyone we passed in the streets, and as two girls in their 20s traveling alone we felt intimidated and unsafe. Can't imagine the horrors of walking these streets at night but didn't stay long enough to actually find out. The hotel itself was nothing short of a disaster. No lobby or reception, just a doorway with a tiny office where the receptionist sits. No elevators, so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (cleaner was vacuuming the stairs at the time and straight up refused to move out of the way to let us pass - so rude). Our room was disgusting, grubby and smelt like a sewer. There were stains on every wall and cigarette burns and hairs on the bed covers. The shower was broken, the TV didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush, the windows wouldn't close, the bathroom door handle was broken. No towels or even toilet roll provided. I think we stayed a grand total of 40 minutes before booking a different hotel 20 mins away, in a much nicer area. It is scandalous that this place is even allowed to operate nevermind charge guests as much as they do - the second hotel we booked was £16 more than what we paid to stay in this dive, and it was clean and had working facilities. Avoid like the plague.
