The hotel is near the Musée d'Orsay, but other than that, we found little else of interest in the nearby area (neither sights, nor shopping nor eating). Close to a Metro stop that is served by only one line.
Our "welcome" to the hotel was simply a very short "This is your room number. Give the key back each time you go out". In other words, not very welcoming at all.
While parts of the hotel itself didn't have much charm, our Deluxe room was excellent. Large, comfortable, with two windows allowing a lot of light, and a good bed. A large comfortable bathroom was spoilt by a poorly designed/installed shower head (recessed, so you needed to lean over the taps and drain hole to try to get under the water stream). A kettle was provided in the room, but there was only one choice of tea as they were running out. However, and more importantly, the free Wi-Fi worked well. :-)
Overall, we were disappointed with this hotel. While we had a good room, other things were lacking, and there's definitely better hotels around (and worse ones, too!).
