The night was good, but the owners of the hotel are started some renovations in 2 of the rooms. Although the hotel employees asked to the workers to start at 10:00 in the morning they decided to start at 8:30, because the rooms have to be ready soon ! I have to work a little before a meeting today, this was impossible because of the noise... hopefully I didn't decided to sleep a bit longer which would be impossible ! The works will last 2 more weeks !!

This is a boutique hotel. The charming decor is very Parisian. The staff, especially Jo-Anne and Geoffrey were Amazing with their friendliness and endless help. We felt very at home and so well taken care of. The beautiful lady with a smile who served us breakfast each morning was a delight as well. The location is perfect to the Eiffel Tower, Invalids and the metro. All the time amid a quiet neighbourhood. We Loved this Hotel!

I had a nice room with a new shower and a nice toilet with built-in bidet. I could not make out how to set the AC, and the room was cold most of the time. The last night it got too warm. I should have asked at the reception desk. There are many good restaurants nearby.

We stayed five nights and found the hotel to be everything we expected in a quaint French hotel. There are 17 rooms on 3 floors with an elevator. The staff were excellent and very helpful with directions, places to eat, and very easy to talk with and were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast, for a cost, was served at the hotel and offered good selections with eggs being an extra charge. We found the cost to be comparable to eating at a restaurant. At least seven restaurants were within easy walking distance with two being right around the corner. The Eiffel Tower was an easy 15-20 min walk depending on how often you stop to browse the markets or shops. The Metro Station is right across the street from the hotel. What we liked the best: clean comfortable room, close to museums and the Eiffel Tower, close to restaurants, and close to the Metro station. What we liked the least: the bathroom shower did not have a door so the water tended to splash outside the area of the shower. Yes, we would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: The ground floor room is next to the front desk. Choose an upper floor room since the hotel does have an elevator.

We booked a room here as a last minute panic, when another hotel cancelled our reservation. Boy were we lucky, great room, comfortable beds, at a reasonable price. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Metro station right across the street and a bunch or restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Sometimes things work out for the best, what could have been a disaster, turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.
Merci Latour Maubourg
