Very good location directly on the Champs Elysees. We were given a lovely spacious room which we were very pleased with at first, but during the night it became very noisy on both nights. I think the room must have been at the back and there must be a nightclub which turns out at around 1-2am. We were woken up both nights! The price you pay for staying right in the centre!
We found the staff to be very helpful, they loaned us a UK travel plug as we had forgotten ours.
We did not try the breakfast as it was very expensive. We found a much cheaper breakfast just a short walk away.

This was my third stay at this Marriott, but apparently too many years have passed between visits. I don't think they've changed the carpet in 20 years, and the "newly renovated lobby" is as comfortable as a train station during rush hour. We could not enjoy the outdoor seating for all of the cigars and hookah pipes, and our "upgraded" room had a mildewed shower and depressing view of the local air conditioning units. We are Platinum level Marriott Rewards members. I shudder to think of the rooms offered to guests who are less loyal to the program.

Four couples visiting Paris for first time. We arrived at the hotel at 11am on a Monday after our LONG flight hoping to check in early. As expected, we had to wait a couple hours so we had lunch and explored a bit.
We we went back at 1:30 and still no rooms avail. They said it should be too much longer. Note: we had requested early check on the reservation.
We waited in the lobby since it should be very long. Asked again at 2 and still nothing. By this time we were so tired, just needed to take a quick shower and change our clothes. By 3 we were getting nervous because our dinner reservation was at 5 and we knew we were walking a couple miles in a foreign city.
3 couples finally got there rooms but the last couple sat another hour before getting their room. This couple has a Marriott Gold status even.
3 of the couples had to leave to make our reservation hoping the 4th would make it in time. Luckily the hotel paid for the Uber but they were still 15 minutes late.
Outside of that poor initial experience and lack of communication or setting of expectations which would have helped us plan better, the hotel was average by Marriott standards.
We received a breakfast food voucher since they didn’t have a lounge which was was nice, again expected as Loyal member.
Breakfast was very good, service was excellent, and hostess charming.
Coffee in the morning has often burnt especially in the lounge. Typically empty thus rarely replenished in lounge.
Rooms were nice. Bed was comfy. Adapters and blow dryer avail. We’ll think twice about using Marriott in France in the future based on our visit.

This hotel & especially the staff is really amazing. My husband and I had a terrible start to our Paris trip at another Marriott hotel and after just one night we decided we needed to switch hotels. Upon arrival Mikala at the front desk was so welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. She was attentive and wanted to save our trip and it will truly not be forgotten. She went out of her way for over 30 minutes to secure the best room for us (703) She really is a gem! We’ve travelled all over the world and the service here is superior. Service aside the location is PERFECT with shops, restaurants & the L’Arc all in walking distance.

Also a special thank you to Anjana at the front desk who helped us & Omar at concierge too!

Amazing stay! Thank you again!
