The hotel is not far from 2 metrostations (Olympiades & Porte d'Ivry) so easy to get around in Paris. The breakfast was really good and has everything you need.
At the entrance they offer you coffee, tea & water around the clock. The room was nice & clean, has everything you need. It's really quiet, safe neighbourhood.

Small negative point: the shower is not closed off from the rest of the bathroom or doesn't have a curtain. So when you shower, the whole bathroom is wet.

We stayed in 3 different rooms at this hotel for a duration of 1 week. First one was a 2 twin bed room, which was a bit small. (for our kid and a friend) Second was a double bed room, which had a king sized bed and very comfortable (for us), third was a family room with a double(regular) bed and a sofa bed (about a full size bed). All of the rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed as requested. We stayed at many hotels in Paris, and this one was the most comfortable one with enough space for you to move around, which is hard to find in Paris at this price.
Reception people were very helpful and always smiling, neighborhood is nice and safe. 2 metro stations very nearby.

Room Tip: twin rooms are on the small side

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and went of their way to make you comfortable, especially Rosy, we had a problem with the light in the bathroom and Rosy had us moved to another room with the huge bed that we had gotten used to. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh everyday, fresh squeezed orange juice, a coffee machine, that offered lattes, hot chocolate, hot milk and boiling water, fresh bread, chocolate croissants, cheese and meat, cereal and your art to name a few. The metro line 7 (Pink Line) is a five minute walk from the hotel and will get you to all the tourist areas. A very comfortable 6 days stay

On arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before going to the city centre. It is ideal for getting out of the hussle and bussle of the centre. Transport was perfect with Olympiades station a five minute walk away and the metro was incredibly cheap and convenient. As well as this we used Uber to get around and it was also so cheap from getting across the city. A lot of people had said how small the room was but I personally found it a perfect size with everything we needed in. Breakfast was great good selection of continental breakfast bits. Had no noise from any rooms surrounding us, lifts, traffic or people which was perfect! The bathroom was a little dated but when you are just washing in it who cares! Surrounding the hotel is plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, sushi restaurant, bar and Mcdonalds. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting to travel to Paris.

If you find yourself needing to stay in this area, there don't seem to be a lot of great options, and this might very well be the best choice. It's close to Metro 7 (pink line) which will get you into more tourist friendly areas.

Rooms here are quite small but clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable. In-room amenities are minimal. Note that I've seen rooms starting at $58/night through Trip Advisor and Orbitz. We paid around $90 under a group rate including breakfast. Service was average, with some staff being warmer and more helpful than others. It was hit-or-miss, but the front desk seemed to be staffed at all hours.

The highlights of the breakfast buffet were the fresh orange juice machine (sometimes not working during breakfast hours, though), the coffee machine, and some cheese slices that were quite tasty.

The adjacent Vietnamese restaurant serves good pho/soup and rice plates. La Chaleune (Laotian?) around the corner has more open hours and is quite tasty, reasonably priced.

Room Tip: Upper floors, avoid being next to the elevator
