The first night we tried to eat here, the restaurant was full and we were turned away. This is a very small restaurant. I strongly recommend you make reservations (by telephone only, I believe). We called the next day to make reservations and were told we had to be there on time.
The menu is a fixed price menu, you can either order 1) an appetizer and entree; 2) entree and dessert; or 3) appetizer, entree and dessert. We tried to order one appetizer, entree, and dessert and were told, quite rudely, that was not allowed, so we ended up ordering one appetizer & entree and entree & dessert.
We generally don't drink wine so we asked for tap water and was told once again that it wasn't allowed and we had to buy a beverage (even though this was not indicated anywhere on the menu or in the restaurant). Throughout the evening, the server paid more attention to what seemed to be his regulars than to us.
Anyways, the food was delicious. We had grilled eggplants and mozzarella for an appetizer, I had the sea bass and my boyfriend had the lamb, and for dessert we had an amazing raspberry tiramisu.
All in all, the food was excellent, just be prepared to be treated like a tourist.....
