The restaurant’s interior is amazing but very very disappointing at the service.The food was overpriced and the menu has very little choice to choose from. The waiter paid no attention to my table considering I was wearing a simple outfit just from the train station. The service was as slow as a tortoise and it was frustrating.I ordered the chicken and part of it was RAW!In conclusion the place is more of a tourist attraction than a restaurant. The waiter at the end had a horrible attitude and I asked for his name, he completely ignored my request and turned his back and just left, I was furious and will never come to the this restaurant again if it’s not for taking pictures inside.

The service was extremely slow and the waiter’s attitude was very poor. We waited 20 minutes for the tap water but the water did not come until we paid the bill. And we waited another 20 minutes for the bill. The waiter never checked on our table or asked us if the food was good. When we complained to the waiter, he even talked back by asking if we were in a hurry and why we couldn’t wait. After we asked for the restaurant manager, the manager came and put down two small jugs of water (after we paid the pill) and walked away immediately without even bothered to listen or reply to our concerns. Absolutely poor service and a waste of time and money to go to this restaurant!

The ten of us had a great time in this legendary Parisian place. Even if you are travelling, make sure to take the time to stop by at the Train Bleu! All the pastries are outstanding, in particular the "baba au rhum"! Special thanks to the hostess and the waiters for their service.

I’ve been promising myself a trip to this iconic restaurant for years and it did not disappoint! Great food and service in the wonderful setting

Beautiful design- very visually pleasing. The food was also delicious- this is fancy food, so don’t expect burger and fries. Make sure you get one of the table side prepared/carved food like the beef tartare, leg of lamb or crepe Suzette. Definitely try the crepe Suzette!! Again, this is not a cheap train station restaurant.
