This was a delightful place to stay at both the start and finish of our five day cycle break. The staff were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Delicious, locally sourced produce was available in plentiful supply at breakfast. The rooms were clean, stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable. This gem of a hotel is conveniently located, close to several super restaurants, charming shops and a stones throw from the chateau. The bike rental shop was also within easy walking distance.

Room Tip: Annexe overlooking the courtyard are very pleasant, airy and comfortable.

Stayed here with friends as part of a cycling holiday this week. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are not massive but are tastefully decorated, clean, well equipped and have the most comfortable beds. The hotel is in a quiet side street so there was no night time noise. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices for all tastes. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Room Tip: Rooms in the rear annex are extremely quiet & first floor have a small balcony.

Located on a pedestrianised street; surrounded by boutique-style shops, bakeries, restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful chateau, this is the perfect, peaceful place to stay!

We received a very warm welcome in this charming, cosy and very pretty hotel; on arrival we were given a map with the route of a nice little walk and the location of a few recommended restaurants and the owner spoke to us in both French and English (my husband is French), although I understand and speak French it was nice that he made the effort once he recognised my accent.
The room was clean and spacious, as was the shower! We had a great nights sleep, they provided a travel cot for our little one, and a lovely (mostly locally sourced and organic) breakfast.
Thank you!!

We arrived on bicycles, dishevelled and dripping wet. Completely unfussed, the welcoming staff whisked the bicycles into the garage opposite and installed us in our rooms to shower and warm up. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The building is delightful and full of character despite extensive modernisation. Our room was ground floor in the courtyard annex - wouldn't recommend it particularly as the decor was grey and dull and the carpet a little thin, though the bathroom was superb. (Friends had a first floor room over looking the pedestrianised street and that was much nicer, with wooden floors and more light.)

There's a lovely courtyard garden with tables and chairs, and a little indoor sitting area as well. Excellent breakfast (lousy coffee!). The staff continued to be super-helpful and friendly.

A wonderful place to stay in a charming little town. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, clean hotel in a lovely location, and great breakfast. We stayed at the hotel last June and my son left his Teddy Bear behind. Marie Laure was kind enough to send him along to our address in England. That was so kind!

Room Tip: The local restaurants close before 9pm or 10pm, so arrive earlier if you want to eat.
