Staff very friendly, At 1830 i went with my wife for a drink at the bar and asked 2 different waiters if happy hour was still on. Both waiters said yes. I ordered 2 beers and 2 mojitos only to find out while paying that happy hour was for champagne . The waiter told me that the drinks i ordered where not on the list despite telling me that it was for all drinks.
He told me that the deal was mentioned on a card. What card!!!!
We didn't opte for breakfast as the choice was minimum.

Room tip: Rooms very modern and clean but too expensive.

Uber-modern, clean, quiet, well appointed rooms in a great central location. Lovely building. Great parking for a city centre.
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with a large choice. Great coffee.
Would definitely return.

This hotel is magical in many ways. It all begins with the staff who are young, enthusiastic, professional and dynamic. There is a true feeling of "team work" and that everyone wants you to have a good experience.

We were two sorry people when we arrived. My husband was in a knee brace after a serious knee operation and on crutches. There is a special lift to bring you from the front door to the reception if you cannot manage the few steps and another one down into the lounge area. After 8 nights at Vertigo Hotel we left feeling human and civilized again.

The place is definitely funky and we were probably the eldest residents but we certainly enjoyed the beautiful bar and great music played there. Breakfast is excellent with a choice of buffet or continental. There is no restaurant.

The renovation of this magnificent old building must have been very challenging and the elevator can give you vertigo! You can watch through the glass floor as you go up as well as through the glass ceiling. The use of space is very clever and the interior design simply stunning throughout. The beds are super comfortable. The cleaning staff are charming.

The location is perfectly suited for access to the pedestrianised center of town, as well as the station and the excellent tram service. There is private parking for the hotel.

Thank you everyone at Vertigo for your caring attention to us both.

A modern contemporary hotel bringing something new and Fresh to Dijon. A design focussed alternative to the traditional French hotels. The rooms where very comfortable, great showers. The Spa was a nice touch - small gym. The hotel is interesting and the staff friendly. parking is extra.... But that's City Centre hotels for you!
