We stopped here, booking at the last minute and had a triple room on the 8th floor at the back (814) for €90 for 2 adults, a 6 yo and a 2 yo. We didn't have breakfast but, it was available on site.
We heard about the building works from the other reviews and asked at reception, they laughed and said no building works and promised we had a quiet room. There was a note in the lift apologising for the refitting building noise! The next morning we heard building starting at 8, but it wasn't loud and didn't disturb us. Reception seem to be in denial!
The room was clean and all new with just enough space for all of us, with a comfy king size bed and a good quality fold out single. There was a tv, the wifi was slow. The window was a bit small, and had a blackout blind with a net curtain and full curtain aswell. The window looked straight into an office block, so you needed the net curtain! There was plenty of clothes hanging room, and lighting but no tea or coffee etc.
The shower room was clean and all new too, with a lovely good big shower and shower gel.
We parked in the fairly quiet car park below the hotel in the reserved hotel spaces, and got a ticket from the hotel for the cheaper rate of €9 over night.
It was what you would expect from a large chain like this, overall pretty happy with our stay.

Very reasonably priced
Compact, and spotlessly clean rooms.
An easy walk to the center and historic areas of Dijon.
Kind and helpful staff.
A fair breakfast buffet at 10 euros.
Used by tour groups so it can get very busy.
A perfect overnight break if travelling from Paris to the South or Eastern central France.

Room Tip: Ask to be placed away from the tour groups if possible.

Good rooms for the price. Clean and functional with very good showers. Great location for the easy 15 minute walk into the city centre which takes you through a beautiful plaza with large fountain. Strongly recommended

What can I say? Its an Ibis, the rooms are all standard offering no frills accommodation, ideal for an overnight stop. excellent breakfast and if you need an evening meal there is a restaurant just around the corner.
It primarily serves the exhibition and concert facilities but the excellent tram service will quickly whisk you into the city centre.

We stayed there from Sunday to Tuesday, 2 nights then. We slept in a renovated room and it was very comfortable and beautiful. Not very central, but is ok! Nevertheless the heavy construction works which are been done in some floors ruined our stay as we waked up with the construction noise so we could not rest in the morning. Also during the day the reception next to the elevators was a mess with the construction materials and sometimes the elevators simply did not work, so we had to wait 15 minutes to go down!
At the time of reservation we were not informed that these renovation works were been done and no staff apologized even if we said we were not happy about it.
