Very good location close to the ramparts and the town center.
Breakfast is taken in a room with a very old atmosphere with hot and cold dishes.
Only thing which bothers is the bell which rings everytime the front door opens or even when people pass by.
It was very disturbing while we had breakfast.

We came as part of a group on a tour with Vintage cars. The great attraction was the fact that the hotel can offer secure parking in a garage .Life is a compromise: the hotel is almost opposite a night club which opens at 10.30pm and closes at 06.00. The noise in the street does not lead to an undisturbed nights sleep.

Room tip: Corner rooms have double aspect. Higher floors are further away from the street noise

After unexpected bad weather at sea, we two yacht crew ladies decided that we wished to return to England on a safer, larger vessel, so booked your hotel at short notice for one night. It has an excellent location, allowing both walking round the lovely town and getting to the port on foot. The man (and later, lady) at Reception spoke very good English and wss most helpful and supportive. He kindly put a half bottle of champagne in your deep freeze (it was my friend's birthday) and provided a pretyy clothed tray with two flute glasses an hour later. These little acts make a big difference and werre much appreciated.

This hotel has an excellent position to visit the city centre.
We stayed in the more modern building and the room was actually a small apartment.
Cleanliness and service are really excellent, I warmly recommend it.

Booked three nights via a booking site, for three adults plus the faithful golden retriever, but had to then reduce the duration to two nights due to unexpected work commitments which Yann the manager was brilliant about and arranged for us
Given two rooms in les Skippers facility (one minute walk away) - rooms were a bit tired but acceptable however they were a bit on the small side. No facilities for making a hot drink which was a bit bad first think in the morning. The hotel does have limited garage car parking, even with Yann's help, we couldn't get a Land Rover Discovery in through the door (as a converted stable I suspect the builders didn't care) so unless you are very very lucky to find a space nearby, it is parking outside the wall. Basically a decent base to visit St Malo, with brilliant staff to help if required but I doubt we would return there purely due to the limited room space and parking issues.

Room tip: room 1 in Skippers was a bit noisy courtesy of the local revellers
