My wife and I enjoyed a mid-week lunch here, selecting from the lunch menu. The selection of amuses bouches was superb, then I commenced with an unusual and good onion soup, my wife with smoked haddock in celery milk with cress and pumpkin. My main was cod fillet with parsnip and mandarine - very good - and my wife's lamb with smoked fromage blanc, chickpea cream, sucrose lettuce and cumin was rather special. As dessert we both chose a mildly disappointing galette with orange praline and white cheese sorbet. A second dessert was also provide, an excellent chocolate sorbet. With a glass each of excellent house wine, water and two coffees, the meal cost a fairly modest Euro 105. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated in a modern style, the tables are well spaced, the chairs comfortable and the service calm and professional.
