We had lunch here... good quality food but the space is limited. Our table was basically in an isle... not good.

We went by the restaurant since it was recommended by Rick Steves as a cozy place to eat near the canal. Only reservation available was 9:00. We were hesitant, but decided to book it. So glad we did! Fabulous meal, and kind service by one of the owners. She explained all the menu options carefully for us as everything was in French. I had delicious pumpkin soup (with a tasty cheese/walnut on toast) for a starter, and the ham bone for dinner. Husband thoroughly enjoyed jus beef and rich potatoes (like scalloped). The creme brûlée was the finishing touch! House wines were delightful too. Great food in this wonderful town!

Service was great from lovely young waiter upstairs - did a great job with a lot of people and was friendly and helpful. We started with a Munster cheese salad which was generous and very tasty. For main my wife had the Salmon with mushroom risotto. The serving was large and it was flavoursome. I had a dish of meat in pastry which was really good - lovely flavours of pastry and meat and accompanied with a well dressed salad.

We'd really looked forward to come to this restaurant as a) it's got a Michelin star b) it's on the perfect location. Upon arrival, We were warmly welcomed and seated on a lovely table. Staffs were friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. Wine was reasonably priced and really nice. we had the roasted pork knuckle sided with salad. Unfortunately the pork was overcooked, hard and chewy. Salad had really weird smell/ taste which made the whole dish almost inedible. Such a shame as everything else was great especially the location.

The staff is very unfriendly and rude. Don’t spend your time at this place, it really amazes me how can such a place have a Michelin award. I’m glad that we have such channels today to let others know about such terrible experiences.
