My daughter and I had never tried Vietnamese food before, but we both loved it! The staff in Pho were super friendly and helpful and the spiced lemonade is out of this world! We will be back next time we visit central Manchester.

Very kind, helpful and ready to give you suggestions and to listen you needs. Food is very good I had a vegetarian option of a pho without noodles so little bit strange. I asked for it and was amazing.
I'll come back for sure

I have been disappointed by Chinese and curry restaurants in central Manchester so was looking for something different. Pho offers bowls of broth with a choice of meat and veggies with noodles at various levels of chilli heat and spice.

Order taking was efficient and our mains arrived not long after our drinks. The noodle soup was really enjoyable with good flavour and presentation.

It was difficult to attract our server's attention when we were ready to settle the bill and again they could have returned sooner to take payment. Otherwise, a pleasant restaurant with good food at attractive prices.

As a group of 4 people we visited there on a purpose to try out the pho which is simply Vietnamese soup. Food came in a short time after ordering, and it was tasty and nice looking. But as I observed the service was not quite good, can be said worse. An asian looking guy wearing glasses were aggressive inattentive not offering knowledge of the menu. When we asked for the food bill he was looking around other than our group.

Visited Pho for the first time whilst staying in Manchester. It was exceptionally busy and had one of the biggest queues in the Corn Exchange of people waiting for tables.

Thankfully we had booked and were shown to a table straight away.

Despite the queues the Restaurant had 2 sections of tables that were closed, one of which was opening later we overheard. Whilst the staff were very friendly and welcoming we felt they were a bit short staffed. Plus they lost customers who got fed up waiting and went to eat elsewhere.

If you like a Mojitto then you must try the Phojitto. Instead of rum they use a rice spirit - delicious!

The food itself was very tasty, fresh and vibrant although they did forget one of our main courses and it took a good while to alert the staff and then wait for it to be cooked.

The food is reasonably priced and can be spiced to personal taste too.

We would go back and try some of the other dishes
