We ate at San Carlo on a Tuesday night, as we were staying at the Marriott prior to our holiday. What a gem it is, tucked away at the rear of the hotel. We started with Antipasti Meats for 2, and then I had the Sea Bass, and my wife had a Monkish Pasta. All very tasty. Washed down with a bottle of wine, Limoncello, Creme Brulee, and coffee, it made for an excellent meal.
