We loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere here, and the decor.
I had read a glowing review in the Manchester Weekly news - and the food certainly lived up to the newspaper's description. I had a hot sandwich (curried cauliflower, onion bhaji, with almond and mango chutney - amazing!) One of my daughters had the rhubarb and strawberry crumble porridge and the other had the avocado and sweet smokey beans on rye bread. We then shared a creme egg brownie. The coffees looked great - but we were tempted by the hot lemon and ginger - all natural ingredients, served in a bright tea pot with a small pot of honey.
All of the food was excellent - quickly prepared and tasting very fresh and flavoursome. It was the best lunch I have had in a long time.
An added bonus is that you can "people watch" the passing crowd on Oldham street as you savour your food.
I will certainly return!
