Reviewed 2 October 2009

I stayed at Hannah's for two nights. They put me in a reasonable sized room at the front of the house. It was very noisy from the traffic. There was a dangerous step between the bedroom and en-suite. There was clear windows in the bathroom so one had to be careful to pull the blinds down, even when going to the loo.
The decor was very tired throughout. the bedroom TV had only terrestial channels (boring) available. The remote did not work. I asked them if they would replace the batteries, they said yes, then didn't.. There was no staff around at night. The High speed internet was not available either. At breakfast I shared the tiny dining room with a crowd of builders who were swearing noisily throughout (terrific!). There was poor choice at breakfast cereals and a tiny so called 'full english'. One slice of bacon, one sausage, one egg. Probably one of the worst B&Bs that I have stayed in. Tickhill is a nice village though.
