Visited this park on a day out with my daughter and grand-daughter, it was quite a chilly day in March but the walk was invigorating, this will be better enjoyed on a nice sunny day.

River is small and multi featured with adjacent water meadows supporting a great range and showing great prospect. proximity to motorways is no issue as they are over the valley the park occupies. cafe is pricey coupled with the car park fee (£2.20) - which is fair enough but which makes it a little expensive. disappointing there are no breakfasts or hot sarnies of any kind, just soup and potatoes etc.

Thank you for taking the time to visit us at the Park and for letting us know your feelings.

We opened our Café for the first time at Easter with a limited menu which has been expanded daily and now includes breakfast choices and more warm food. We are also reviewing the pricing on our car parks given feedback provided by customers such as yourself and we hope that you will choose to visit us again in the not too distant future.

What a lovely Easter Sunday well we had with our four dogs in tow. Footpaths so not too much poor underfoot and a cold yet bright morning to enjoy the walk. Quite a lot of others doing likewise so plenty of dogs for ours to meet and socialise with.

The visitor centre cafe is now open and doing a roaring trade. Was a very good half way point stop off for a nice coffee and fruit loaf.

Came early on a Sunday morning. Lovely large park with lake. Some woodland, but most importantly for a three year old, lots water and puddles! Definitely be back x

Glad to hear that you will be back in the not too distant future.

We will be introducing a couple of trails for children in the next couple of months in the Pinetum near to the new Visitor centre which
your youngster may enjoy.

Thanks for the feedback.
