This is a reasonable hotel which is situated about 1.5 miles walk from the twon centre, which is downhill so probably get a taxi back !
The check-in was pleasant and our room was ok.
It was large and gave us plenty of room but really looked like it need a little updating as the décor was very 1980's. The bathroom was clean but again a bit dated.
The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep as the hotel was quiet despite it appearing busy as the car park was very full.
The gym was ok and the pool again ok but the Jacuzzi and sauna again could do with a little bit on an update.
We did not have breakfast so cannot commute.we would stay gain but only for ease of location to Leeds Castle.

A family group of seven visited the hotel for Sunday lunch. The food was lovely but the waiting staff were massively light on numbers and as a result they were unable to clear tables between courses and enquire if more drinks were required. The young man with the beard was running himself ragged attempting to cope with people eating in the bar, lounge and restaurant . The hotel Management really need to " manage " the hotel and provide adequate numbers of barmen and waiting staff to support those who clearly were doing their best but who could not cope with the numbers of patrons .

Just fancied a night away from the kids so opted for a hotel with a bar resturant and pool. All facilities were great and the hotel was lovely. However booking a Hilton hotel i expected more due to the name. The room was plain, and worn. Nothing special. The resturant was over priced food, something i suppose you would expect in a Hilton but then maybe they should make the rooms a little nicer. It was snowing so we didnt go out, but the location is good. Parking available for £2, i dont see why i should pay for parking when i’m stayin at the hotel though.

Booked this hotel for myself and some of the wedding guests to stay in. My wedding was up the road. Good service and a good sized room for all of my wedding bits!
Had an evening meal in the restaurant. Had breakfast in the restaurant on the Sunday which was really nice lovely selection of food both hot and cold!
Would recommend

Stayed for just one night in the Queen Guest Room. The room was large and clean - some aspects of the room could do with an update and the room had a slightly weird smell similar to a charity shop but not too bad. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. We made use of the health club facilities which we were very impressed by, especially the swimming pool which has a hot tub, steam room and sauna as well as nice, clean, modern changing rooms. We were unsure of what to expect for breakfast but were pleasantly surprised; full English offerings, plenty of pastries, juices and even a waffle maker!! We would definitely stay here again.
