Visited with my daughter and grandchildren. The eldest had been invited to a birthday party here, we went into the toddlers play area with my youngest grand daughter. My eldest had great fun in the larger area while the youngest quickly found her bearings in the toddlers play area. The area was clean and the equipment was clean and in good order. The staff were cleaning and tidying while we were there. We had been warned that the food wasn't up to much here but I have to say that I've tasted far worse jacket potatoes than the one I had here. We agreed that we had no complaints about the caterring. Coffee was very good as well.

Spent Easter Sunday here with a large family group. Adults and children between 3-16. We had a fab day! Big thankyou to the staff who were amazing and let us bring our own craft activities along because our other plans had to be cancelled due to weather. We arrived at 10am and were welcomed by lots of happy faces, had lunch here, enjoyed the free Easter egg hunt (our group won an Easter egg and free entry voucher thankyou) and didn't leave until 3pm!
We've been here in the past and were really let down, it was cold, dirty, Smelly, poor food..... but after not going for over a year thought we'd give it another try. Soooo impressed this time round. From the second we walked through the door it smelt fresh and clean, staff constantly cleaning, wiping down surfaces, clearing our table as soon as we'd finished eating, even a lady cleaning a spillage up inside the play area, toilets were spotless, my son even left the baby change smelling of disinfectant so the table had obviously recently been cleaned. We were given complimentary squash because we had so many children (thankyou again) and egg hunt was brilliant. We bought lunch in groups but for our group of 7, it only cost £40 which I thought was really reasonable. portion sizes were really good and food was lovely :)
Other family members who were with us had been to another softplay in winnersh the day before and said this one was much cleaner, bigger and prices more affordable. We can't wait to come back already!

My little girl loved this place and had hours of fun :) I let her play off on her own in the toddler area whilst I watched and had a cuppa and had absolutely no problems. Took her into the larger area and she loved the slides!

We visited JJ's in Basingstoke (located on an anonymous industrial estate near the Parcelforce Depo), for a cousin's Brithday party.
Easy to find with limited free parking - so most people ended up parking along the entrance road - not a problem at weekends - though could be an issue during the week.
Large play area for the older children and a small one for toddlers - all very colourful.
The party coordinator was enthusiastic, and tried his best to entertain the kids during the meal.
Whilst the entrance fee is reasonably priced, we did have a few issues:
The equipment needed a good clean. A lot of the comfy seats were cracked and worn through. The party room was very small for the number of children with no seating area for adults. The announcements speakers while excessively loud were not clear, so it was difficult to hear what was meant to be communicated. Finally, we brought a couple of coffees. They were rank to say the least and undrinkable.

We booked a mid week, after-school birthday party for 18 children a mix of 7&8 yr olds. We also had 3 pre-schoolers join the fun.

JJs made it so simple to arrange, took care of everything, invites, looking after the kids, food, party bags, the lot. All we had to do was bring the cake.

We had a laser quest party. They had 30mins in softplay, 30mins with the laser guns and 30mins in the disco party room.

Charlotte was our party host, and she was fabulous. Really looked after the kids, made everything run smoothly and dealt with any problems quickly and with a smile.

For a hassle free kids party I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
