Good steady hotel
Great receptionist who was very helpful and cheerful
Good size clean room
No double glazing or air con which means it feels a little old fashioned but a great comfy bed and good lighting. lovely shower
Good breakfast with the addition of novel sausage rolls which are worth trying
I stayed in this hotel as part of a coach trip holiday. The hotel was excellent, the food outstanding, great rooms with large accessible shower, free wi-fi, large screen tv with numerous channels, staff were friendly and welcoming. Would gladly visit again
The hotel is easy to find with a huge car park. Rooms are clean and a good size with everything you might need. Large restaurant with excellent quality food. The Staff are very good, efficient and friendly, but none of them could come close to the service you recieve from Emma in the restaurant, she is the Jewel in the crown of this hotel! If every hotel had someone like Emma they would be on a winner, her customer service is superb! And always greets you with a smile.
We stayed here for the weekend whilst attending an event at Lilleshall National Sports Centre which was only 18 mins away and easy to get to. Room was clean and practical. Bed was comfortable with a hard and soft pillow to choose from. No bath which was the only slight disappointment. We used the pool which was very nice, there was also a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Towels are provided. Gym looked very well equipped although we did not use. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived at around 9:30pm and my husband fancied something small to eat although not on the menu he asked if they could do cheesy chips and after asking the chef they said they could which was great they were very nice. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of continental and cooked options with cookies! Wide selection of drinks on offer at breakfast including lemon/lime infused water -this is way too strong there was too much fruit for quantity of water and had been sat there a while. Would definitely come here again
