We'd booked online and were greeted by a girl who told us she didn't know which tables were clean so take a seat whilst I check, not a great start.

Ordered our food, it came out with not too much of a waste. The truffle fries were just oven chips with cheese melted and some spring onions, no truffle oil to be seen, so I wouldn't order those again for almost £5.

The burgers were nice but nothing to write home about.

Average at best.

Great to have a GBK in Swindon, and until Five Guys comes, it will be the best burger in town.

It is not a cheap burger, but good quality and a pleasant restaurant experience. Get the app for some freebies which helps the bill.
The lunch deal is good value.

This is a great burger place however it’s lacking in execution.
It’s not a restaurant per see as you have to go the counter and order. Therefore it’s a glorified MacDonald’s. There can be big queues and it’s mainly full of the younger generation.

Had not been to a GBK before. Went with some work colleagues for a drink and some food after work

Menu is extensive, both the drinks and food.

I had the chicken filet with satay sauce with a fried egg (xtra) and sweet potatoes fries. Probably one of the best burgers I can remember having.

What surprised me was to find “L&P” which is a New Zealand soft drink. Haven’t had one for years years so ordered one of those and a couple of IPAs

Bill was just over £33 with the beer £ 12 for 2 500ml cans , soft drink was £2,50 and the rest covered the burger and fries

Your order from the front once you have a table and pay for your meal before it is brought to your table

Pleasantly surprised and would definitely return to a GBK next timing I’m looking for a burger meal
