Stayed here for one night on trip to Blenheim Palace.
Staff are lovely and work very hard.
Check in was a joke, we were told tea was 18:30, we were still waiting for a lift to get to our room then. We went out instead.
Room was clean modern and a high floor overlooking railway and was quiet.
Plugs did not work no good to charge phones tablets etc. USB also broken.
Bathroom fine and clean, beds and pillows fine.
Hotel looks like a building site and again only one lift for 100 rooms, not good enough.
Location was alright bars and restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was ample for the day only downside bar, reception and restaurant all linked in same room
Might get better when refurbishment is finished. As on previous review we were in lift and workers trying to get in with new carpet not good enough.
I would have marked more only issues with lift spoilt the break.More
